I just wanted to thank you again for all of your helpful insights today. I think of myself as someone who spends a lot of time already thinking about how I can use my strengths best in the world and how to empower others to use theirs, but the clarity you provided me in going through this report took this to a whole new level! Honestly, this was so far beyond my already high expectations (I’ve heard so many others rave about you so I was already pretty pumped) :)

I feel like I have gained so much clarity on what I am trying to build, what I need to do now, and what I need to focus on in the future. You also helped me understand why certain things feel like a struggle to me now in a way I couldn’t understand before. I feel like I now have tangible, practical action steps to take that will move me forward and really optimize my strengths. You also gave me language that can help me build highly successful teams around me. The world is better when we all lean into our strengths. You are making this world better one client at a time.
