Mackenzie Holznecht is a former strength and conditioning coach who’s taken the science of getting in shape and applied it to real, everyday life. She believes that attainable and sustainable changes add up to big results over time. After trying a number of different jobs Mackenzie decided to stick with building a fitness coaching business.

She was well into her business when she and I had a 1:1 session and we discuss on this week’s podcast what she learned about herself when she finally had verbiage to understand how she’s wired and who she’s wired to help and how she’s made significant changes in the way she shows up for her clients.
